All food served at Far Laithe Farm is produced by ourselves.
We use our own Free Range eggs, produced from a traditional breed of poultry, also Lamb reared by ourselves.

We bake our own bread, make our own Jams & chutneys even our own ice cream and wherever possible we source Organic produce from a local supplier.

We are more than happy to cater for individual tastes including vegetarian meals.

Carson is a respected shef locally, which is reflected in the high standards of cuisine served at Far Laithe Farm.
